The management and protection of the personal data of visitors to the website https://i-xperts.eu belongs exclusively to the sole proprietorship operating under the trade name I-xperts & Creative (Oikonomidis Praxitelis). It is governed by these terms as well as the relevant provisions of European law (Directives 95/46/EC, 97/66/EC, and 02/58/EC) concerning the general protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the confidentiality of communications, as well as the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
In any case, I-xperts and Creative reserves the right to amend the personal data protection terms after informing its visitors and always within the applicable legal framework. If any visitor/member does not agree with these personal data protection terms, they must refrain from visiting the website and using our e-shop services.
1. The website i-xperts.gr collects and processes personal data voluntarily provided by the visitor/member during the use of services and for the purposes described in the website’s terms of use, including registration as an individual or business for placing online orders. Use for any other purpose is permitted only after prior specific written consent from the visitor/member, who retains the right to withdraw such consent at any time upon written request. The website i-xperts.gr does not collect information about its visitors/members from other sources such as public records, institutions, or private organizations.
2. The website i-xperts.gr does NOT collect email addresses for sending promotional emails (newsletter).
3. I-xperts and Creative undertakes not to sell, rent, publish, or disclose in any way the personal data of its visitors/members to any third party. The website i-xperts.eu may disclose personal data of its visitors/members to third legal entities and/or individuals only if:
3.a. It has the explicit consent of the visitors/members for the transfer of their personal data.
3.b. The transfer of personal data to legal entities and/or individuals cooperating with I-xperts and Creative is necessary for the fulfillment of the wishes and/or orders of its visitors/members. Such cooperating entities are entitled to process personal data only to the extent absolutely necessary for the provision of support.
3.c. It is required for compliance with applicable law and only to the competent authorities.
4. The processing of personal data is confidential. Our company, through the i-xperts.gr website, follows a strict security policy and applies the most modern technical methods for the protection of personal data stored in its files against unlawful access, use, disclosure, alteration, or accidental destruction. I-xperts and Creative bears no responsibility if personal data stored through the website becomes the subject of unlawful acts causing damage, material or moral, due to force majeure or any reason not attributable to gross negligence or intent on its part.
5. The visitor/member has the right to be informed whether their personal data is being processed by I-xperts and Creative. The relevant request must be submitted in writing and sent to the company’s address, together with supporting documents that reliably verify the identity of the applicant, as well as proof of payment of the amount defined by the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority. I-xperts and Creative is obliged to respond in writing within 15 days, simultaneously sending free of charge a copy of the applicant’s personal data held in its records. In particular, the applicant may request in writing the correction, temporary restriction, blocking, non-transfer, or deletion of such data. These user rights were updated after 25 May 2018 with the implementation of the new European G.D.P.R. law.
6. The website i-xperts.eu automatically collects certain technical data in its database, such as IP address, domain name, unique session ID, as well as system information (screen resolution, browser identity). These data are not related to personal data. They are collected automatically without prior consent and relate to the proper functioning of the system and the extraction of visitor statistics.
7. Cookie Policy: Cookies are small pieces of information, usually consisting of letters and numbers, stored in the browser used by the visitor/member to connect to our website (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.). Our website may use the following types of cookies:

Any visitor/member interested in advertising on i-xperts.eu, in order to receive all necessary information, must complete a relevant request including: company name, business activity, and contact details. The website i-xperts.eu bears no responsibility for the personal data protection policy followed by advertisers during their transactions with visitors/members of these services.
9. The website i-xperts.gr includes links to other websites that are not controlled by it but by third-party entities (individuals or legal entities). Under no circumstances is I-xperts and Creative responsible for the privacy protection terms followed by those entities.
G.D.P.R. ADDITIONS
I-xperts and Creative fully complies with the new European Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation) EU 2016/679, effective from 25 May 2018. Under this law, in our online store:
1. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
1.a. During registration in our online store, the visitor/customer fully understands and agrees to the need to provide personal data to our company for the purpose of entering into a commercial agreement (order execution, invoicing, etc.). The personal data collected includes: full name, email address, password. In addition, we retain shipping and/or invoicing details: shipping address, city/region, postal code, country, and for company registration (B2B): company name, business activity, VAT number, and tax office.
1.b. Our company collects personal data for the purpose of handling orders placed or to be placed by online store customers. Specifically, the full name and postal address are used for order execution and invoicing. The password is entered by the customer for automatic recognition on future visits. The customer’s email is collected (optionally) for the automatic sending of informational emails regarding their order (copy), fulfillment stages, outstanding balances, availability notifications, etc.
1.c. The website i-xperts.eu does not collect in any way sensitive personal data such as gender, date of birth, credit card details, etc., except for the user password in encrypted non-reversible form.
1.d. The website i-xperts.eu allows visitors/members to transmit their personal data through secure transmission methods (SSL protocol, special encryption algorithms, etc.). Our website has a dedicated SSL certificate identifying it as secure, which is renewed every 1 year.
1.e. I-xperts and Creative guarantees the safeguarding of personal data in a secure database. However, in the event of leakage, interception, or loss of personal data, it is obliged to inform its customers promptly, in writing or by phone, within 72 hours from the time of the incident. It also commits to recovery and restoration of the personal data from the most recent backup maintained on the server.
1.f. All personal data collected on our website are stored in a modern secure Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database. I-xperts and Creative ensures that automatic daily backups are taken from the hosting server. Visitor connection and information transmission are performed through secure protocols.
1.g. Our online store may transfer a minimum amount of user personal data (full name, email) to third-party entities/organizations for the purpose of processing payment/settlement of their order. Such data are transferred only to trusted partners such as PayPal and Greek banks when the customer selects PayPal or credit/debit card payment.
2. USER RIGHTS
2.a. Right to portability (Art. 20): The customer/member retains the right to request in writing—via email or regular mail—that our company provide all personal data held in electronic or other file formats.
2.b. Right to information (Art. 12,13,14): The customer/member retains the right to request in writing the reasons and exact procedures followed by our company for the processing/distribution/use of their personal data, as well as the details of the responsible data manager within the company.
2.c. Right to object/restrict (Art. 18, 21): The customer/member may request in writing, for their own reasons, the prohibition of processing or use of their personal data.
2.d. Right of access (Art. 15): The customer/member may view and edit their personal data at any time by logging in as a member to our online store through the “My Account” section. In addition, they retain the right to request processing/modification by sending us written instructions by email.
2.e. Right to erasure (Art. 16): The customer/member retains the right to complete, immediate, and irrevocable deletion of their account through their profile settings. They accept that upon deletion of their personal data: i) they will no longer have login access ii) they will no longer have access to their order history iii) our company will no longer have access to their personal data and therefore any communication ability ceases iv) they will not be able to recover or modify their personal data after deletion v) they may re-register at any time using the same details.
2.f. The customer/member may withdraw consent for their email registration in the regular updates list as well as order-related email notifications by removing their email address from the “My Account” section.
