If you are experiencing problems with your e-mail either sending or receiving please read the following article with the advice we provide you in each case.
CASE A. Try to send an e-mail and your recipient NEVER receives it. You get a message back that says:
Quota for this mail account has been exceeded, please
try again later. Or something similar.
ANSWER - SOLUTION:
This message comes from the recipient's mail server automatically and means that the recipient's mailbox is full and cannot receive any more messages. The best thing to do is to call the recipient (if you know them) and inform them to take the necessary steps to be able to receive e-mails.
CASE B. < /strong>You try to send an e-mail and some recipients don't receive it and you get a bounce back with a message like the one below: Failed to deliver your message - user unknown or this user does not have a yahoo account or user account not found on our server
ANSWER - SOLUTION: The e-mail you are trying to send is wrong either because you wrote it wrong, or it no longer exists (the user has disabled it).
CASE C. You are trying to send an e-mail and returns you with a message like the following:
Failed to deliver your message to recepient: georgos@domainnamecompany.gr - host / domain not found. or domain does not exist or host does not exist< /em>
ANSWER - SOLUTION: The domain you are trying to send e.g. domainnamecompany.gr does not exist either because you wrote it wrong, or because it has expired. So no e-mail under this domain NO longer exists.

sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org or similar message that mentions blacklisting or blocking of the Mailserver.
